Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom manufactured items
- Electrical parts that have been installed
- Software products
- Special-order items
- Clearance products
Return Approval
Customers must obtain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before returning any product.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Elektro Marine LLC.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If an incorrect or defective product is supplied, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and supporting details.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
