This policy applies to information collected through this website, including product enquiries, quotation requests, contact messages, order requests and intellectual property reports. It does not cover websites operated by other companies, even where we link to them.

Information you give us. When you submit a form or place an order request we collect the details you enter, which may include:
- your name, company name and job-related contact details
- business email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- country, delivery destination, billing and shipping addresses
- the products, model numbers, part numbers and quantities you ask about
- any message, notes or supporting information you choose to provide
- for infringement reports, details of the work concerned and your supporting evidence
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. These server logs are used to operate and secure the website.
Information stored in your browser. The shopping cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so that items remain while you browse. It is not sent to us until you submit an order request. Staff who sign in to the administration area receive a secure session cookie that is strictly necessary for that purpose.
How we use your information

We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email will include a way to opt out, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing info@elektromarine.com. Service messages about your enquiries and orders are not marketing.
