The W&T 88205 is an industrial RS232 galvanic isolator and signal repeater designed to provide reliable, electrically isolated communication between two RS232 devices. It uses two active RS232 interfaces and provides 1,000 V DC galvanic isolation, helping protect connected equipment from ground loops, interference, and potential differences. It can also function as an RS232 repeater to extend the communication distance.
